A: Like how u do it for Thumb drives, just drag and drop into the folder.

Q: How do I charge this Mp3 Player?
A: It can be charged simply by plugging in your USB cable to your computer. Alternatively, you can use the USB cable to plug into the Charger(only the head) given in the package. It takes approx 2 hours or more to be fully charged.

Q: Is there a LCD screen?
A: No, it is similar to ipod shuffle, no lcd screen.

Q: What if the colour I want is out of stock?
A: We are trying to bring more stocks, so do visit our website for updates on the available stocks.

Q: Is this iRiver?
A: No, We are afraid it is not. It is the OEM version.

Q: Is it compatible with Windows Vista?
A: Yes it is.

Q: If i choose delivery by post, How will you do your packaging if you mail it?
A: We will wrap it with a bubble pack and a waterproof wrapper on the outside. So far, no buyer has complained anything yet.
